Lyndhurst Kids Jiu Jitsu Team has excellent day
The Savarese Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Lyndhurst Kids Jiu Jitsu Team has excellent day at the Grapplers Quest yesterday. Professor Chris Savarese and kids coach Sean Bermudez were pleased with the results. Savarese said “We had a couple of people compete yesterday at GQ and everyone did really well. Congrats to all that competed, as I always say “You make me proud, not because of your victories but because you are not afraid to fail.” Congrats to Coach Sean Bermudez and the kids team who w/ only 3 competitors, won 7 medals between gi and no-gi! Great job Rene Hernandez, Kayla Zeppetelli and Reagan Roxas! Our teens were impressive also w/ Sean Yadimarco and Leo Alves both winning belts, Myko Perevicus winning a bronze and Arianna Zeppetelli having a great match before losing in the final seconds.
Congrats to Dan Czarnecki on winning a silver in his division and to Corey Peirone who fought hard but came away w/ something very valuable, a lesson. Proud of all of you…
