Savarese Jiu-Jitsu wins AGF Team Title! Saturday was a great day for the Savarese BJJ Competition Team. We took the Adult Team Trophy at the American Grappling Federation tournament today, winning a bunch of Absolute titles as well, with our guys winning a host of matches against guys with 30lb weight advantages. Our Kids took 3rd place in the Team standing as well, very proud of this because almost all were competing for the 1st or 2nd time. the 2 titles enabled us to finish 1st OVERALL in the team standings!

Stephen McNicholas -1st place Bluebelt Master Absolute (beating a guy 260lbs along the way and 2nd place men’s bluebelt 190lb

Leo Alves- 1st Place purplebelt 160lb and 1st place purplebelt Absolute, closed out w Sean Yadimarco.

Andrew Kuntz- 1st Master purplebelt 160 1st Place Master Purplebelt Absolute, beating a 255lb opponent in final!

Kayla Zeppetelli- 2nd place women’s bluebelt 145 lb

Donna Valvidia -1st place women whitebelt 115lb. Donna is growing into the next beast at Sav BJJ, she is getting scary good and dominated all her opponents

Babatunde Ojo- 1st bluebelt bluebelt 190 and 1st Place bluebelt Absolute

Dylan Hutchinson- 3rd Place men’s whitebelt 235lb

Maria Villa- The Foof took 1st place women’s bluebelt Absolute
